We can provide a pumping installation tailored to suit your needs. Whether it be a package pumping station installation or  upgrade of a pumping station. We can install basic systems or full PLC/VSD drives with full telemetry and control from your pocket. 

Guide rails enable the pumps to slide down and couple onto the outgoing pipework for ease of service. 

Pipework is the key transportation feature of pumping liquid. When pipework fails it can be down to a number of things the following takes place to resolve this. This involves valve de-clogging/replacement, checking for ware, pipework replacing or repairing if necessary. 

When a pump fails due to age or wear and tear or miss-use, we overhaul the pump by replacing the seals, replacing bearings, baking, rewinding and full testing.

Weed screens are installed to help stop foreign objects including natural materials heading towards the land drainage pumps stopping clogging and damage. Weed screens often have to be made to fit the installation. 

We also install fully automatic weed screen cleaners either turned on by the pump starting or on level controls. These can also be tailored to suit your needs.

Control Panels and associated controls made and installed to your needs. Panels can be catered to your needs including but not limited to Level control systems and gsm telemetry. Our Engineers are trained to fault find on the most complex of panels so you can be assured to be back up and running asap with minimal downtime.
